Kit Malthouse says sentiment has moved significantly since last Commons vote on issue in 2015Campaigners for assisted dying claim they are close to gaining majority support for a law change when MPs next vote on the highly sensitive issue, possibly in 2025.Kit Malthouse, the former Home Office minister, said he had been “working the tea rooms” and “the sentiment in parliament has moved significantly since 2015”, when a vote was last held.
