Iga Swiatek a été sanctionnée d’un mois de suspension après un contrôle positif à une substance interdite effectué mi-août, a indiqué jeudi l’Agence internationale pour l’intégrité du tennis (Itia). La n°2 mondiale et quadruple lauréate de Roland-Garros a accepté sa suspension.
