Le prince héritier saoudien Mohammed ben Salmane a soigné l’accueil du nouveau président syrien à Riyad, dimanche 2 février, pour sceller “le retour de Damas dans le giron arabe”. Syriens et Saoudiens ont tous les deux un intérêt bien compris dans le renforcement de leurs relations.
