Killer who raped and murdered woman in 1991 becomes fourth U.S. Inmate to die by controversial nitrogen gas method

The State of Alabama has put Demetrius Terrence Frazier to death for the 1991 murder of 41-year-old Pauline Brown, using the highly controversial nitrogen gas method, which involves strapping a respirator mask to the inmate’s face and replacing oxygen with pure nitrogen.
