He explained he got checked for an irregular heartbeat.”Everything ended up turning out to be OK,” he said. “The doctors checked me out, and it got back into normal rhythm. So came back. … It’s the heart so you take it seriously.”Harbaugh, 60, said he dealt with atrial flutter. He had an ablation procedure in 1999 to treat irregular heart rhythms. He said his blood was flowing, and he was excited,” Herbert said. “I thought everything was good to go. That’s definitely something he should get checked out. He’s a tough guy, though.”Harbaugh first went to the blue medical tent. He was seen going to the locker room where the medical staff took his pulse and conducted an EKG.”Trust the doctors. Kamala Harris’ presidential campaign has deployed Bill Clinton to key states 22 days from Election Day. The former president campaigned on behalf of Harris in Albany, Georgia, on Sunday, speaking to congregants at Mount Zion Baptist Church. The Harris campaign announced on Thursday that Clinton is scheduled to headline a bus tour this week through eastern North Carolina. Both Harris and former President Trump have visited the Tar Heel state in Hurricane Helene’s aftermath. Clinton’s bus tour comes after Harris on Sunday rallied at Eastern Carolina University in Greenville, N.C.”Uniting people and building, being repairers of the breach, as Isaiah says, those are the things that work,” Clinton said at Mount Zion Baptist Church on Sunday. “Blaming, dividing, demeaning — they get you a bunch of votes at election time, but they don’t work.”TRUMP CAMP RIPS HARRIS OVER UNEARTHED COMMENTS ON RENAMING COLUMBUS DAY: ‘STEREOTYPICAL LEFTIST'”This whole election and the future of the country is turning out to be what people who were sort of on the fence about voting are going to do in the next three and a half weeks,” Clinton added, addressing the congregation. “It’s the craziest thing I’ve ever seen.”While the Black church was not quite full, a hefty crowd welcomed Clinton with a standing ovation, according to the Associated Press. Elise Stefanik, R-N.Y., and several former Trump administration officials campaigning on behalf of the Republican presidential nominee. Democrats see Clinton as someone who can mobilize both rural voters and Black voters. But while Clinton was recognized for his popularity in southern Black communities, it remains to be seen whether he can still inspire Black voters as the population familiar with his presidency grows older, according to the AP.Georgia is one of seven states seen as pivotal in this year’s presidential race, and turnout among Black voters could hold the key for Democrats to winning the state’s 16 electoral votes.President Biden won Georgia in 2020 by 11,779 votes out of more than 5 million cast, according to the AP. That was the first time a Democrat carried the state since Clinton in 1992. Four years later, Clinton lost the state to Republican Bob Dole but won reelection.In 1992, Clinton and then-Sen. Al Gore rode a campaign bus through southwest Georgia to court rural voters. Harris and Minnesota Gov. Most Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islanders (AAPI) believe Vice President Kamala Harris will be more effective than former President Donald Trump on issues across the board, a new poll found.The Monday poll from AAPI Data and the Associated Press found Harris leading Trump even on issues where other demographics favor the former president, such as economics and immigration. Harris leads on those issues 41%-34% and 42%-35% respectively.Harris also holds a slim 39%-33% lead on crime. She is crushing Trump on her most popular issues, however. AAPI adults favor Harris 65%-16% on abortion; 64%-15% on race and inequality, and 59%-19% on healthcare.The AP conducted the poll from Sept. 3-9, surveying 1,123 AAPI adults online and via telephone in a variety of languages. The poll advertises a margin of error of 4.7%.TRUMP AND BIDEN TRADE FIRE AS POLITICAL STORM OVER HURRICANE RAGESThe Monday poll comes as other polls indicate Trump is making gains with Black men, who are traditionally some of the Democratic Party’s most reliable supporters.OBAMA, STUMPING FOR HARRIS, REPEATEDLY TAKES AIM AT TRUMPThe progress is getting a reaction from Democrats, with former President Barack Obama admonishing Black men for their lack of enthusiasm for Harris last week. An Axios report alleged Sunday that there is growing tension and miscommunication between the White House and the Harris campaign.National political correspondent Alex Thompson reported “many senior Biden aides remain wounded by the president being pushed out of his re-election bid and are still adjusting to being in a supporting role on the campaign trail.””They’re too much in their feelings,” one Harris ally reportedly told Axios about the White House.Thompson wrote the main issue with some Harris campaign members is that White House aides “aren’t sufficiently coordinating Biden’s messaging and schedule to align with what’s best for the vice president’s campaign.”KAMALA HARRIS ALLIES RUSH TO PLAY DAMAGE CONTROL AMID WHITE HOUSE INFIGHTINGThompson cited recent conflicts such as President Biden holding an impromptu press conference on Friday while Vice President Kamala Harris was attending an event in Michigan. Another notable incident included Biden complimenting Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis for handling recent hurricanes shortly after Harris criticized DeSantis for not taking her calls. Thompson wrote a person familiar with the situation said Biden wasn’t briefed on Harris’ comments before praising DeSantis.”The White House is lacking someone in the room thinking first and foremost about how things would affect the campaign,” a Harris aide told Thompson.Despite “sore feelings” among some Biden aides, the report added that most of them are “actively rooting” for Harris to win. During an early October camping trip with her family in upstate New York last year, Trisha Sena experienced every parent’s worst nightmare.Sena’s children were riding their bicycles along a loop around the lake on Oct. 3, 2023 – a Saturday – at Moreau Lake State Park when her 9-year-old daughter, Charlotte, disappeared.”Long story short, the role is, you go in pairs. You’re not allowed to go alone. They were riding bikes, and they wanted to come back,” Sena told Fox News Digital. “And Charlotte said, ‘I’m just going to go one more time.’ She didn’t tell anybody. Everybody pulled in, and she kept pedaling. And unfortunately, someone was there waiting on the other side of the loop.”A man, unknown to Charlotte, stopped her and asked her for help getting something in the back of his truck. She responded – as she was instructed to by her parents – that he was a grownup, and he could do it himself.CHILD WHO SURVIVED 47-HOUR ABDUCTION FROM STATE PARK CREDITED FOR AIRTIGHT CASE AGAINST CAPTOR”That is something that we talked about with our kids – that grownups don’t ask kids for help. She was rescued,” Gov. Charlotte has made a lot of progress moving forward,” she said.Sena and her sister, Jené Sena – Charlotte’s aunt – have turned a terrifying moment that rattled their entire family into a source of hope and change for families going through similar situations involving missing and abused children. They now co-host a podcast called “Sisterhood of the Survivors,” on which they “share their personal stories as they heal from this traumatic event in its aftermath, as well as the stories of others,” according to a description of the show.The Sena sisters have also advocated for commonsense updates to state and national Amber Alert laws, as well as a New York state bill called the Child Survivor Privacy Act, which aims to make the road to justice for child abuse survivors a shorter and easier one.The bill requires the FBI “to use a multidisciplinary team with investigations of child abuse and related crimes” and “reauthorizes grants for children’s advocacy centers (CACs),” which “use a multidisciplinary response to coordinate the investigation, treatment, and prosecution of child abuse cases,” according to a summary of the legislation. It also requires the “FBI to use a multidisciplinary team with any investigation of child sexual exploitation or abuse, the production of child sexual abuse material, or child trafficking” and mandates the agency “also use a trained child adolescent forensic interviewer in these investigations.”Trisha Sena noted that her daughter had to retell her story on three different occasions, forcing the 9-year-old to relive her trauma, “even though there were one million pieces of evidence,” in order for prosecutors to get the statements they needed to bring the suspect in her case to justice. “Basically, you have to prove that someone committed a crime against you, even though there is DNA evidence, maybe there was someone that saw you being taken, whatever the case may be,” Trisha Sena said. “… I feel like, as a whole, we need to do a better job protecting these kids.”Retelling stories of abuse may deter some children from speaking up about their experience, she noted.FOLLOW THE FOX TRUE CRIME TEAM ON XAdditionally, Trisha and Jené are advocating for stronger sentences for child abusers.”We actually… had a meeting with some important people in the governor’s office… and we said, ‘Can we do something about that?’ I mean, these people who commit crimes against children are getting out in six months, or they’re getting off with time served.… And it’s not protecting our children by allowing them back out on the streets,” Jené said.Trisha noted that her daughter will have to live with what happened when she was 9 “for the rest of her life,” while child abusers like the man in her case are given opportunities to be released from prison after serving their sentences.”It’s just wrong,” Trisha said.Craig Nelson Ross was 47 years old at the time of his arrest. While he could have served 111 years for the crimes he was accused of, he was sentenced to serve 47 years as part of a plea deal.
